Shipping & Returns

We do our best to keep shipping costs as close to reality as possible. If you have questions about your total shipping costs - especially if you are combining items from different suppliers in the same order - please do not hesitate to CONTACT ME. We reserve the right to assess additional actual shipping charges but will advise you as to the reason and amount before invoicing you via Paypal or Google (or if you are paying by mail, letting you know what the total shipping would be).

I'm sorry that we no longer offer direct international shipping. Many of our international customers have US-based friends or family purchase and forward. There is also a new service called Bongo International which, for a modest fee, provides a forwarding US address. We have no affiliation with the company. For those items designated "Free Shipping," free shipping is offered only to the 48 contiguous States, via ground shipping. Alaska and Hawaii customers will be invoiced separately for shipping. Expedited shipping, if available, will also be invoiced separately.

We begin processing your order as soon as it is received. Shipping time frames vary from 24 hours to weeks, depending on the supplier. If you need to have an item by a date certain, please let us know before ordering so we can confirm that we can meet your schedule. In the case of CherryGal Heirloom Seeds, the volume of sales (peak season seed sales from January to June are always heavy) may slow shipping time frame, so please order your seeds as early as possible in the season and feel free to inquire if shipping time is an issue for you. You will be notified when your item ships and provided with tracking information. If there is a problem in timely shipment, or fulfillment, you will notified as soon as possible.

If you are unhappy for any reason, you may return any of the items purchased at CherryGal.com, except garden seeds, gourmet items, fragrances and other personal care products (including Cindra products), all of which are final sales. Returns are at the customer's expense and we deduct 15% as a restocking fee. We do this to discourage "on approval" sales and also buy and switch – particularly of the porcelain and china products. We must be notified of your desire to return within 24 hours of delivery and item must be returned in the same condition as sent within 7 days of receipt. Since all our items are new, and are quality checked before shipping, returns are not permitted for damage during shipping. In such cases (which are rare) we will assist you in filing a claim. We will also be happy to replace the item (if possible). If replacement is declined for any reason, we will process the refund in the same manner as other refunds for the amount of item only, less a 15% restocking fee. Under no circumstances do we refund shipping charges. Regarding seed orders, as stated on your packing slip, Claims for omissions must be accompanied by a facsimile of the packing slip, either by mail or emailed digital photo. Claims for errors must also be accompanied by the peel off labels (or facsimile of the labels) from the errant packs.
