Many CherryGal items offered ship directly from the maker or supplier. In these instances, the shipping cost is set by the supplier. If you have questions about your total shipping costs - especially if you are combining items from different suppliers in the same order - please do not hesitate to CONTACT ME. We reserve the right to assess additional actual shipping charges but will advise you as to the reason and amount before so doing. Shipping time frames vary from 24 hours to weeks, depending on the supplier, so please inquire if shipping time is an issue for you. You will be advised and kept informed regarding the shipping status of your purchase(s), including providing you with tracking information.
If you are unhappy for any reason, you may return any of the items purchased at CherryGal.com, except garden seeds and fragrances which are final sales. We must be notified of your desire to return within 24 hours of delivery and item must be returned in the same condition as sent within 7 days of receipts. Returns are not permitted for damage during shipping. In such cases (which are rare) please process your damage claim through the shipping service. Refunds will be for amount of item only, no shipping fees included, less a 15% restocking fee.
