CELINE BUSH SNAP WAX BEAN (Phaseolus vulgaris) is not an heirloom, but is destined to become one. Developed by Dr John Hart of Earthworks Seeds (Protected Plant Variety), it is organic, open-pollinated and non-gmo. Celine produces juicy crisp pods up to 5.5" long that are tender enough to enjoy raw. The color is brilliant to light purple with pale yellow interiors. Soil should be warm (75F - 95F) and well-draining with pH between 6-6.8 and average fertility. Inoculate seed to increase yields. Sow 1-2" deep, 3-4" apart, in rows that are 18" - 36" apart.
