These and other pieces of this pattern which I am listing come from the estate of a friend's mother. They date to the 40's and were part of her bride's trousseau. They were thick with dust from sitting in her china cupboard but washed up beautifully. Each #6017 stem was hand blown by Fostoria glass makers with the delicate ribbing  and etched with the beautiful #341 flowers and ribbons that comprise the Romance pattern. This is a Single Water Goblets and measures 7.5"H x 3.5"W and holds 9 ounces. I often use such sized goblets for white wine, as our custom today is for larger wine bowls than they used mid-century.
