Description
STRIDOLO (Silene vulgaris, formerly inflata), also called Sculpit or Bladder Campion, is an heirloom herb found and used mainly in Italy, but with a following among chefs here in the US. A flavor that is aromatic and mild like tarragon and arugula, and used in much the same way in eggs, salads, risotto, etc. Awesome addition to home grown Shiitake mushrooms. Easy to grow from seed and forms an attractive clump. Attracts pollinators - bees especially love it! Not a true perennial, but may self-seed under favorable conditions. 45 days. 50 Seeds.
